DESCRIPTION:Artists use math to design, fabricate, and replicate their works. See sculpture through a math lens in this workshop co-presented by the McNay, the UTSA Mathematics Department, the Institute of Texan Cultures, and the Southwest School of Art. This workshop begins at the Institute of Texan Cultures and concludes at the McNay for a gallery exploration and a hands-on workshop.\nThis workshop takes place in two locations:\n9:00am – 11:30am at the Institute of Texan Cultures\n1:00pm – 4:00pm at the McNay Art Museum*\nTeachers receive 5.5 hours of continuing professional education credit.
