Ruby City Ribbon Cutting and Opening
Join us on Sunday, Oct. 13th for the public grand opening of Ruby City! A ribbon-cutting ceremony with Mayor Ron Nirenberg will be held at 11am to introduce Ruby City to the San Antonio community. Las Damas de Jalisco mariachi band will be performing and refreshments and light bites will be provided. Ruby City then proudly opens its doors to the public for the first time beginning at noon.
