Rebekah Hurst: awaken my love, ZINE RELEASE

Rebekah Hurst will be releasing a zine entitled Awaken My Love in conjunction with their solo show of the same name. Please join the Brick Gallery for the release of a limited edition of Awaken My Love. (This event coincides with the Brickmas Holiday Market which takes place at the Brick from 10am-6pm.)

About the Zine:
Awaken My Love is a love letter dedicated to the reader, those closest to me, and whomever it is shared with beyond that. It is comprised of a poem and several illustrations throughout the booklet. The illustrations are different motifs that reference softness, familiarity, and details we often overlook in life. The poem, while technically simple, addresses the complexities of love, loss, and longing.
