Public Art Tour

Need a break from Fiesta? April 27 is International Sculpture Day! Join the world in championing and discovering sculpture right here in San Antonio! Curator Allison Hays Lane will guide you through the highlights of the SALUD ARTE: The Art of Healing Program, a collection of 1200 artworks by local, regional and international artists.

Public artist Sabine Senft will give insights into creating public art and her art practice. You will have the opportunity to get all your questions about public art answered in a Q&A session.

Refreshments kindly provided by UHS. Parking in the hospital car park will be free (ask for a validation ticket at the end of the tour). Meet in the lobby.

This event is an official event in conjunction with ISDAY by the International Sculpture Center (the publishers of Sculpture Magazine), the Texas Sculpture Group and in affiliation with the New York Foundation for the Arts Immigrant Artist Program (IAP). #ISDAY
