Opening: “Mezcaleros” by Pedro Jiménez

The agave curator Pedro Jimenez will present a series of photographs that expose the cultural and biological value behind the production of the traditional agave spirits. Pedro is the mind behind “Mezonte” an organization that supports and preserves the traditional production of agave spirits across Mexico. This exhibit shows the ancient practices around the manufacturing of these spirits and creates awareness of their social significance.
