Eyes Got It! 2019 OPEN CALL

Open call for Central & South Texas (Austin, Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Laredo, San Antonio) artists June 1 – July 20, 2019
All artists over 18 years of age, living within 140 miles from center of San Antonio and the southern tip of Texas are eligible.

$20 fee for 5 images. All media welcome.
(Artpace members get a 20% discount. Contact Artpace to learn how.)

ROUND 1: Yes/Maybe/No voting. Each judge gets a vote. Every artist gets feedback.
ROUND 2: Judges will critique Top 15 semi-finalists and eliminate 11.
ROUND 3: Judges Q&A the final 4 artists in a “studio visit”. Judges deliberate and choose one winner.
(Finalists must be present for Round 3)

Grand Prize Winner will be introduced to Gallerist, Jill Schroeder of grayDUCK Gallery to plan their own solo exhibition in 2020!

The live Eyes Got It! event is scheduled to take place at Artpace in San Antonio on August 3rd.
