En Vivo Portraits by Cruz Ortiz

Cruz Ortiz + Mercury Project invite all to attend the launch party for the En Vivo Portraits Podcast.

The evening will consist of a charity raffle awarding the winner a portrait painted of them during the party, live podcast recording, an exhibition of portraits by Cruz Ortiz, food + drink, + good times!

EN VIVO PORTRAITS is a series of raw recordings combining oral history documentation and live portrait painting sessions. This is an attempt to present not just the visual representation of badass people but also the audio fireside chats that happen between the sitter and the artist.

All proceeds from the raffle will benefit Eva’s Heroes. Raffle Tix will be sold at $50.00 each. The winner must be present to claim the best seat in the house. Winner will be announced and a portrait session will begin at 8 PM.
