It is with great impact that small creatures move and live among us. Join us on Thursday, October 17 from 5-8pm at Flax Studio for a block printing demonstration and artist talk with Hilary Rochow. Her hyper realistic pen drawings explore pollinators and plants, with playful scale and curiosity.

Hilary Rochow is a multidisciplinary creative living and working in San Antonio, Texas. Her formal training in both industrial and graphic design inform her love of impactful figures compositionally isolated, and her lifelong adoration of the natural world weaves its way into to her choice of subject matter. She imbues the living things she draws with as much life and emotion as she observes within them.
